Leaving a disposable battery inside any electronic device after use risks very expensive leak damage...again very unprofessional. At the beginning of a new recording session a NEW battery is always fitted. It is extremely unprofessional to risk thousands or even tens of dollars over the cost of a live performance over the insignificant cost of DISPOSABLE batteries.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Nobody needs an On/Off switch because if using battery power the battery MUST be replaced after each recording session. Not doing so is NOT PROFESSIONAL. There is also a reason why all serious professional microphones are purposely designed WITHOUT an On/Off switch...it cannot by accident be left turned off ! 
Same as per any slide switches. They MUST be flush to PREVENT them being moved to the wrong setting by accident. They must only be able to be moved intensionally with a tool in hand.
